How do l change or cancel my order?

To modify your order, contact our customer service ​​within 24 hours​​ of placing it. Once your order is confirmed and in production, changes may not be possible. To cancel, email us immediately. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. For details, review our ​​Terms and Conditions​​.

SHIPPING

Air shipping takes ​​7-15 business days​​; sea shipping takes ​​approximately 25 business days​​. Delays may occur due to customs or logistics issues.

We provide ​​air freight​​ (fast, higher cost) and ​​sea freight​​ (economical for bulk orders). Contact us for express options like DHL/FedEx.

A tracking number will be emailed once shipped. Use it on the courier’s website (e.g., DHL, UPS) for real-time updates.

RETURNS

Due to international logistics costs, we ​​do not accept returns​​ unless there are ​​severe production defects​​ (e.g., incorrect specifications, non-functional products). If you encounter such issues, email ​​admin@lclcable.com ​​ immediately. We will provide a tailored solution, such as replacement, refund, or compensation. For missing or partially defective items, we will ​​replenish them in your next order​​ and add complimentary gifts as compensation.

Once we receive your returned items, we will send a confirmation email within ​​3 business days​​. For added assurance, use a ​​trackable shipping method​​ and retain the tracking number. You can also email us for updates.

If your return is approved, replacements will be shipped with your next order. Refunds are processed within ​​7-10 business days​​ after confirmation of the issue.

WARRANTY

Our ​​1-year warranty​​ guarantees against ​​manufacturing defects​​ (e.g., faulty connectors, cable breaks). To ensure coverage, inspect your products upon receipt and store them properly. Damage caused by improper storage (e.g., exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture) is excluded.

Email admin@lclcable.com​​ with your ​​order number​​, ​​clear photos/videos​​ of the issue, and a detailed description. We will respond within ​​24-48 hours​​ and resolve valid claims promptly.

The warranty ​​excludes​​:

  • Damage from misuse, bending, or physical accidents.
  • Deterioration due to improper storage (e.g., humidity, heat).
  • Performance issues caused by non-manufacturing factors.
